Our Heritage
ST Paper is located at 106 East Central Ave in Oconto Falls, WI and has a storied past in manufacturing paper — from pulp in the late 1800’s up to tissue paper today. Presently, the tissue mill houses two high speed tissue machines, a recycled fiber plant, and its own waste water treatment facility. The product ranges from bleached bath tissue, napkin, and towel and has the range to produce 100% recycled wastepaper and virgin paper.
