ST Paper & Tissue has focused on improving the overall environmental impact of our communities as part of our “Green” initiative. To that end, the Companies have spent significant capital within their respective facilities as well as neighboring communities.
What We Do
ST Paper & Tissue invests in recycled fiber, energy efficiency, and community support across our U.S. mills.
Both mills use 100% recycled fiber and meet or exceed the Minimum EPA guidelines for Post Consumer Fiber Content.
ST’s tissue mills have worked together with utility companies and state authorities to implement a series of energy efficient processes and equipment in the mills in order to reduce their environmental impact.
Created a variety of funds, scholarships and support for students in the communities where we operate.
