Description:
**Job Overview:**
**Starting Pay:** $20.70 per hour
**Shift:** Swing shift (12-hour shifts, days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
**Minimum Requirements:**
- Valid and Unrestricted Driver's License (verified during the interview)
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of drug and background screening
**Preferred Experience:**
- Forklift or clamp truck operation
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate forklifts or clamp trucks to move materials and load/unload trailers
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
- Enter data into computer systems
- Sort and transfer wastepaper to the production line
- Wrap and label finished products
- Adhere to safety standards and SOPs
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
**Physical Demands:**
- **Frequently:** Sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, speak, hear, and use a keyboard.
- **Occasionally:** Bend, crouch, push, pull, twist, and lift 50 lbs.
**Vision Requirements:**
Ability to see colors, close and distance vision, and adjust focus.
